a good player is one who can grow well to remain competative In war and/or skirmsih's
a good player can utilize both thier offense and defense very effectively, ie nukes make kills and def is used to stop attacks and a good player know when not to fire nukes to die aimlessly, and knows when not to defend a village.
a good player can also function when he doesn't have too many troops, so can use def to snipe when stacking isn't possible, and can use small amounts of off to retake vills, so plenty of troops or not many troops, a good player makes them earn thier Bacon.
a good player also works well in a team and can make sacrifices that even perhaps detriment them for others further gain.
in a nutshell, a good player has a solid skill set, and has experience and good decions making skills to know when and what skills to apply.
a good player can be lessactive, they are not.l necessarily any use to people, but I would say if the best tw player wasn't too active, he is still a good player just obviously he is only good whilst he is online.
back on what im2x3.... was saying, I pwrsoanly haven't looked at the stats nor know the guy, so I cannot say he is a bad player, but I can say quite firmly(excuse the pun) that eating some internals which provide said "bounce back" is far from proof he's a good player.
and as very poor players can be proper up by tribes the fact he wasn't rimmed by xprd(yet) is also far from proof he's any good.
so when he mouths off that mask are" nubs on the rim who cannot hope to fight, I'm inclined to disagree.
me who is in mask have held off a guy 4x.my size with 0 tribe support. whilst he had over 80 vills of tribe stacking, in the end up the war was put to a stop but in ended with me taking more of his enemy vills than he did of mine.
weekend warrior was rank 1 on a far more competative world than this and had a excellent war record.
so whilst we appreciate mask are in shit creek and perhaps have dropped our last paddle, to come up with such rash claims about some of the mask members ability is ludacrous.
I suggest you take a step back and do some research before flaming, or better yet, chill out realise most decent players play this game for war, and even it means we get rimmed, a lot of us will enjoy the fight.

Well... I didn't say internals and bounce backs make a good player. And you left out in the good player part you need a good tribe to fight along side you, If you don't have the judgment skills to determine a good tribe it's hard to be a good player. (If that makes any sense)
In my case my old co mbig. Chose to go to nation, not a bad choice but inactivity was the downfall of nation. Now I'm in FIRM only time will tell if I made the right choice as I have had a few opportunitys to join xprd also.

There is a loose correlation, but no one can help circumstance, position, etc. What else are you meant to do with internals? Let other tribes have them? (think)

I disagree, a good player can join whatever team/tribe they like, ive had options to join all of the top tribes around me, and as ive played tis game a while i probably have at least one good contact in the top 4 tribes, yet ive chosen to not hop on the join a ready made tribe for various reasons (looooooooooong stories

Lol you dont do too bad, i would deffinitly rate our best over firm's best, considering the odds against us, with out sounding too critical i think firm are doing quiet poorly, most of both tribes takes have been on each others inactives, when you have gunned at our actives villages dont seem to be changing hands,
put it this way, if the tables were turned size wize, i fell firm would be just about giving up the ghost right now.
all being said its the fun we seek from the game, so thanks for being the generous provider
