Ally, War or Disband

Fun little game someone had on UK1, so credit to them. Its a simple as pie really, name 3 tribes and 1 you have to say you would ally, one to war with and one to disband in your opinion. Be realistic and don't take offense...

Example:
Person 1:
Smack!
Enzyme
Virtus

Person 2:
Ally: Smack!
War: Virtus
Disband: Enzyme

TRUE, Octane, Skittl

and so on. Just do the ally, disband war thing and then add three tribes for the next person to rate. If you can give a reason, great

So, lets start. The three tribes for the next poster to rate are:
DOGS, BUMP and REST

Ps. My respect to the tribes mentioned. I only picked Enzyme, Smack! and Virtus as I feel they are three of the best tribes out there.

Ally: BUMP - I feel they have room to improve.
War: DOGS - Mass recruited a bit.
Disband: REST - Have 1 member left since they was crushed by Smack!.

War: TA1 - Called the Alliance of 1, should be called the Alliance of about 9... Part of the 'Noob Alliance'. Fear their :spear: attacks!
Disband: DimMak - A poor tribe, 53 members and still ranked in the late 50's...
