Every year, as you are no doubt aware, Tribal Wars takes a break from the carnage to allow players to enjoy the festive season, many of you may have noticed a message when troops visit or , on Xmas day, not being able to send at all.

Break Times

This year, we are giving you the chance to write the messages, there are 3 in total.

Message 1 is where troops "visit" during the Xmas break eg
Your troops enjoyed a mince pie and brandy and are now returning full of xmas cheer. Happy Christmas from the Tribalwars team.

Message 2, troops cannot be sent

Message 3, as 1 but New Years break.

Make them short and sharp and preferably funny, please observe forum rules and keep it clean.

A months premium to the best ones as well as the chance to have your entry used ingame, good luck and get those messages posted here .

Some suggestions

1. "Player's" Christmas choir came to sing for you!
2. Unfortunately Santa's already taken all the resources for himself...
3. "Player's" inhabitants decided to spend New Years at your place!

1.)The wood and the clay and the iron was near, bad luck for you so was the beer. Try again when its not festive cheer. The tribalwars crew say start making a plan but also relax for as long as you can.

2.) You troops want to go but your gates are stuck. After the cheer you may have more luck. It is in the break and they don't want a test. Don't tire your nobles the troops must all rest. Sending them later will simply be best.

3.)The year end is here and so is the new. You cannot hurt them and they cannot hurt you. But prepare and beware these days are few. A friendly reminder from your tribal wars crew.

(1) Your troops fell in the line of duty, the battle was fierce and fought valiantly on both sides ... but the wine and turkey won.

(2) Master! We cannot leave our barracks at this time, the turkey is still cooking ... He is a terrible chef, but we can't march on an empty stomach!

(3) Your troops made a resolution to party at another village. No need to carry wine, cook or clean up the mess ... Happy New year.

1. Your troops visited 'Player Name' and decided to stay for Christmas dinner and drinks, they'll be home when sober.

2. It's Christmas!! Get off the computer and enjoy it!!

3. Your troops arrived at 'Player Name's village and discovered a New Years Eve party in full swing, they have stopped to take advantage of the free bar and will be home when they can remember where that is.

(1) While delivering Christmas cheer to 'players name' your troops ran out of premium and cannot afford the taxi home. For 10 premium points you can send someone to pick them up

(2) Someone left some rum under the christmas tree, your troops are nowhere to be found. Go enjoy the fun and let them sleep it off.

(3) Your troops went to a party and were not invited, they were sent on their way. For 10 premium points you can send someone to pick them up

These are all too nice.

1
"Your troops mutinied due to your poor leadership and are returning home to farm YOUR village"

2
"Your troops are dead, so cannot send"

3
"The computers of 2014 are not compatible with the date of 2015 KABLOOM!"

Message 1 where troops "visit" during the Xmas break Your troops made a huge haul of tinsel and mince pies, and return covered with glitter.

Message 2, troops cannot be sent
The brandy in your paladin's traditional recipie Christmas cake was just too much, and your troops never got off the rally point.

Message 3, as 1 but New Years break.
"Player name"'s troops thought they were coming to you this year, so you missed each other.
