It is very well written. Why don't you read it, and take a look at the part where it says "Every Tribe has an Equal Chance of being a super power".

Your tribe is not the best, and there is a 99.9% chance it wont be the best. It could be an amazing tribe, who knows? But at least until the world starts, quit saying that all these tribes going to fail, them being point whores, and so on.
