Figured the forums are quiet and in the interest of some wider UK1 discussion, it'd be nice if we could keep trolling/flaming to a minimum too, although it'll definitely be tougher for some more than others :icon_twisted:

NB - Please elaborate as to why you've made your selections and try and keep it constructive.

1) Favourite player
(for the egos: this can't be yourself!) - For whatever reason.

2) Favourite tribe (own tribe not withstanding) - Could be past or present.

3) Player you fear the most - A player you would hate to be targeted by.

4) Player you respect the most
- A player that's earned your respect in whatever way.

5) From the Flames - For the players who were rimmed early on or came back from the brink brilliantly.

6) The Ballon D'Flaw - Favourite TW cock up and the player(s) involved.

7) Gone But Not Forgotten
- A player that you think made an impact but isn't around anymore.

8) Best Op - You've either been the unlucky recipient of/heard of/been part of.

9) Hi Neighbour - A player you would like in your tribe that isn't. Choose wisely :icon_wink:

10) The Moment That Changed the World - What was it for you?

1) Favourite player Bubbleblower - For Great attacking and defending and she's stayed faithful through thick and thin. A great TW player and an even better person :)

2) Favourite tribe W1N - No other tribe to pick really. If you were allowed to choose you're own tribe then i would, but, well W1n are rank 1 so they've gotta be OK ;)

3) Player you fear the most - You, reef. :D

4) Player you respect the most
- MickMills, definitely mickmills. Organising ops left right and center while playing a 5 million point account while going to school while dealing with constant incoming. Now THAT is no mean feat!

5) From the Flames - Mickmills on his previous account(s) :D

6) The Ballon D'Flaw - Me playing! I dont think i need to elaborate on that as, well, everybody can agree :D

7) Gone But Not Forgotten
- Dr.OXO and ruffus. Hard to choose between these two. Ruffus was a brilliant player but Dr.OXO taught a lot of "modern day TW legends" back then. So both of them :)

8) Best Op - Its gotta be the K32 one on LordGuido. I mean, as much as i hate to say it, 1 million points lost in 3 days....that must have been pretty successful. Sorry LG.

9) Hi Neighbour - Probably cody actually! Good points, good ODA, and definitely knows how to organize an OP! Cody would probably be a good addition to LRAG, but that would never happen :icon_wink::icon_biggrin:

10) The Moment That Changed the World - Rexxie leaving, and ORC gong to LRAG. Made one hell of a resistance for W1N, and it all happened so quickly!

1) Favourite player - Dandare he makes me laugh and is also a great player.
2) Favourite tribe - Well the love boat is my fav tribe, sadly gone now.
3) Player you fear the most - I ain't afraid of no ghosts!
4) Player you respect the most - Brianl
5) From the Flames - Mac (W1N)
6) The Ballon D'Flaw - kNK all going to the pub in the middle of a T4H op on them!
7) Gone But Not Forgotten - Jackattack, excellent player and mentor
8) Best Op - got to be the two xmas op's on KNK
9) Hi Neighbour - got to be Dandare
10) The Moment That Changed the World - The CHE!!!/W1N merge was the beginning of the mega tribes. Also the demise of TR.

Damn right, best decision we ever made! Brilliant night that was ;-). Weve got another one next month, but not going to make the mistake of asking for a ceasefire this time round lol. Not that anyone on W7 has the firepower to stop us!

you never asked for a ceasefire with us - I have a long memory all women do! lol

more fool you then but I will check that one out with bask - because am sure I would have been told seeing I sorted the op!

anyway back on topic

Oh I agree, on hindsight we should never have done it, but then hindsight has always been a wonderful thing! Silly us for thinking our opponents would allow us to put rl events first eh!

Anyways sorry for detailing the thread ;-)

1) Favourite player
eamo82. A driving force in IWL, ODA always high and now a fellow W1Nner, carrying on as before. klue42 for his determination in Ops and Payney for his no holds barred doggedness to take villages. I'm glad to still be fighting along side these fellas!

2) Favourite tribe Excluding my own (W1N) and my previous (IWL) it has to be T4H. They don't mess about when it comes to destroying opponents, and I always had fair and forthright dealings with them as my role as IWL diplomat. They were respectful and accomodating in listening to our point of view and negotiating with them was always fairly straight forward. The same could be said about W1N when I was IWL.

3) Player you fear the most The only thing to fear is fear itself. But when I was barb nobling like it was going out of fashion, still not really knowing the game that well, a certain Kyorard and Permador gave me a pasting and made me learn the game quickly. Also Kellycorpicus is a force to be reckoned with, but luckily I was never on the recieving end of his wrath!
The biggest fear on TW is RL. It's taken more a good player than any Op could ever do.

4) Player you respect the most
There's lots of players who deserve respect, but my criteria for respect is anyone still playing this game and playing strongly, especially those whose first world it is. Any player who carries on fighting despite losing villages and having hundreds of incoming. A player who plays fairly with honour and integrity and is a tribe player and not a one man band hiding behind his/her teammates.

5) From the Flames It could be leonidis21, taking over the account with just one village full of cats to his current standing now. Or klue42, a great strategist who's left , come back, left and come back again, having his account half internalled a number of times and still a high scoring village taking machine despite this.

6) The Ballon D'Flaw Anyone of my former IWL team-mates that has attacked themselves instead of sending support whilst under the influence of alcohol, oh wait, that may include me as well!
Although I don't know all the full details, just what I've read on the forums, A certain Ego character perhaps for being a little gobby on forums then getting a kicking from a certain Mule character on another world, 1 Vs 1 ?? correct me if I have the details wrong, I'm getting on you see.
TR is another candidate for being so big, then getting a few hits, they went bye-bye, where's the stomach for a fight?
So many errors by so many people, myself included, but you learn more from your mistakes than you do your successes!

7) Gone But Not Forgotten
Buckster, bigbaldboy, part of the early IWL leadership who led us through tough times against EXP, and through the gradual fight back. RL strikes again!

8) Best Op IWL Op against a certain arrogant and deluded Brubaker. An Op that proved we could fight , despite the numbers and that a tribe is only as good as the members in it. It gave our tribe confidence that we could fight back and was good payback for someone who stabbed us in the back a number of times. Needless to say, he was the first player we made press the delete button.

9) Hi Neighbour Any of the big hitters from T4H, they are well oiled spear wasting machines and credible, honourable allies.

10) The Moment That Changed the World
EXP leadership throwing their toys out of the pram. Had they kept it together they could have been a credible threat, instead it gave smaller tribes like IWL something to feed off and keep going. Thanks! ;) The W1N CHE!!! merger was also a defining moment, providing the benchmark for everyone else to set their standards.

1) Favourite player - It has to be playerS for me. Reef, Simwhit, Filmking007, Ballo, Kenza, Browndl. As a squad nothing has been able to stop us, and for that reason, and because of the success rate, always going to be my faves :)

2) Favourite tribe - W1N, but a very close second would have to be T4H. Nothing can stop these 2 powerhouses.

3) Player you fear the most - Its never going to be an enemy player!!! Would hate to be targeted by our Squad though!! Failing that, i wouldnt want to have to take Cody's nukes either :(

4) Player you respect the most - Luke Bishop. Has ran W1N for soooo long, and has been able to maintain a high ranking account, with huge ODA. Does what ALL DECENT leaders should do, and leads from the front. Doesnt sit behind his tribe - he's the first one in.

5) From the Flames -

6) The Ballon D'Flaw - ORC recruiting TR after W1N and T4H had forced them into submission!!! It gave ORC far too much dead wood to deal with, and gave W1N the perfect opportunity to keep growing at a rapid rate. 2nd to this would be LRAG taking in the ORCs - will have the same effect. 3rd to this would be LRAG giving SteveDisco a 1.5mill account - despite him not even being able to handle a 500k one ;)

7) Gone But Not Forgotten - The old Filmking007. Was an offense powerhouse, and never turned down the chance to partake in an op. Luckily, the new one carried on this traditon.

8) Best Op - The Youflaminggalaa one, Dogwart one, Lordguido one - all three of these smashed through the targets, and gave us the opportunity to progress further. The K13 op on Harwoodred also looked to be a fantastic op to watch.

9) Hi Neighbour - Not here no more, but Dogwart was someone who i always felt would have prospered within W1N. Would have had the support and team ethic needed, that just wasnt present in ORC.

10) The Moment That Changed the World - W1N/Che! merge, formed one hell of a powerhouse. TR folding after 1 month of war - proved barb gobbling doesnt pay off.

Stutzy, mate, whats this about not being able to handle a 500k account? Well lets give everybody a brief overview, shall we?

Up against me I had: decursus with 3 million points, i had you with 6 million, i had simwhit with 6 million, and some of reef with 7 million.
Then theres me...a 11 year old kid with a 700k point account. You guys put together have around 12 years of experience. I have 2!
Are those fair odds? I have racked up 750k of oda in the 3 days i have had the account i am on now...and 750k of odd. I have lost 1 village, fair enough...but during that i was supporting 4 members of my tribe AND the only defence i used was that of my own. So mate, explain to me what your theory as behind #6, as for the life of me i cant work out what the theory is behind that load of crap, my friend. As i will and have been proving on my new account...i know how to play the game ;)

1) Favourite player - Sadly I HAVE to pick 2, both for same reasons - Mac and Cody, both have taught me and always have time to assist. I know I can always go to either in an emergency or for a chat.

2) Favourite tribe (own tribe not withstanding) - B.R.E.A.S.T.S at the beginning - it was a good laugh.

3) Player you fear the most - Codywasnevergood - you see incoming from him, you know its just not gonna stop, he's like a Terrier with a Tea Towel!!

4) Player you respect the most
- Luke Bishop, my liege (curtsies) ~ regardless of what anybody on the forum says, he is by far the best leader, though when he PM's you its like being called to the headmasters office and I think, Oh god he's found out!! Harsh but fair. If you have a problem, you can always go to him, 3 weeks later he'll respond. We are number 1 for many reasons, but mainly him.

5) From the Flames - Lazybones, I believe he was "moved" twice!

6) The Ballon D'Flaw - When we were in BREASTS and did an op on Avatar - epic fail, but so funny.

7) Gone But Not Forgotten
- Asgar the bluebearded - I miss him :(

8) Best Op - W1N's constant continual op on FLUX ~ it just never stopped.

9) Hi Neighbour - I guess it would it would have to be people Im friendly with, so Lazybones or Pinto.

10) The Moment That Changed the World - BIG argument when we merged into -ODA- and somebody agreed to kick half the merged lot cos Timmy requested it, I left as was told this info, this resulted in a domino effect, I got invited to CHE!!! so Timmy left and formed FLUX, Roch had enough and then we merged into W1N....... still here :)

1) Favourite player (for the egos: this can't be yourself!) - Anti-Shaft, both Man0 and Chloe have always been awesome players.

2) Favourite tribe (own tribe not withstanding) - T4H, because I have made some good friends there and have had excellent relations with some since the days of KONG.

3) Player you fear the most - Codywasnevergood, he is an animal!

4) Player you respect the most
- My good friend and Duke Luke Bishop for his consistant gameplay and excellent service as Duke.

5) From the Flames - None! :D

6) The Ballon D'Flaw - I think the whole TR vs W1N thing and how they just folded so quickly, can't name all players involved but there were plenty!

7) Gone But Not Forgotten
- Albion, some may not remember Albion but he was a beast of a player!

8) Best Op - I think our ops on ORC, so many to choose from.....also ops on =KN= members were executed brilliantly.

9) Hi Neighbour - I find it hard to chose between BrianL and BaskB......maybe we could get them to merge ingo BriaskB? :D

10) The Moment That Changed the World - W1N - CHE merger and the collapse of TR.

As i will and have been proving on my new account...i know how to play the game ;)

Ryan - I gave you a ceasefire over Easter because you were going away, and I gave you a week to prepare after that before I started attacking. Add to that that Fattaff and others were well aware of my intent to attack and noble your vills. I was walking into empty villages for a good while after that! It doesn't take a genius to work out that you should have been able to get those villages stacked - instead your support was with Bubbles and with some random in another tribe... in a safe area. Size has nothing to do with it - and in that area where you were surrounded by friendlies, whereas I am in a sea of red, I should not have been able to take as many vills off you as I did. Fact.

And now to get back on topic

1) Favourite player (for the egos: this can't be yourself!) - There are a lot out there - the squad members all being up there in the top, so it's hard to just give one name here - but at the moment I've got to say Simwhit is really making me sit up and pay attention. Helpful and completely on fire of late. As LG can certainly attest!

2) Favourite tribe (own tribe not withstanding) - I'm a big fan of W1N these days, but aside from that, I've got to say -KING-. It was only for a short while, and then it all started to go horribly, horribly wrong (I still blame No Angel for this. Treacherous, untrustworthy....) But I met some great players and friends there. Shyam08, billypjnr, buchanan, Saphireenchantress, Regy, Hellraid...

3) Player you fear the most - I can't say I actually fear anyone as such. Am irritated by, well, that's another thing altogether! Unless it's an irrational fear that SD will somehow get my sit someday. Now there's something to terrify the boldest heart.

4) Player you respect the most
- Reef's definitely earned this one. Always willing to listen, give a suggestion, lend a hand. And the Squad wouldn't be the Squad without him.

5) From the Flames - Can I vote for myself for this one? I was sent to the rim twice early on. And I'm still here - both the guys who sent me packing? Long gone.

6) The Ballon D'Flaw - Nickster passing the Dogwart sit to SteveDisco. Up pops SD with a big hello to the boys in win, D flying all over the place where O should have been sent... disaster? Sabotage? Beginning of the end of that account.

7) Gone But Not Forgotten
- Dogwart. Loved working with him. ORC wasn't the same after he left. And Hellraid - nuke specialist early on... was sad when he left too.

8) Best Op - LG op of recent times was a heck of a thing to see.

9) Hi Neighbour - I'm with Stutzy on this one: Dogwart. Would be great to get to work with him again.

10) The Moment That Changed the World - The moment I got confirmation about Rexxie. That changed everything for me.

1) Favourite player
(for the egos: this can't be yourself!) -

From personal experience, any member of the squad could be up here but Codywasnevergood is a wrecking ball. I'd filter his reports out if I didn't enjoy surveying the damage so much :icon_twisted:

2) Favourite tribe (own tribe not withstanding) -

KGM
. Loved the ethos and the defiance to standalone against W1N while other tribes dithered. Some of the best players I came across in my noobish introduction to the world; even now, the quality of those left still stands.

3) Player you fear the most -

The Butcherman. I fear he's the biggest waste of space on this world.

4) Player you respect the most
-

Tough one but it's a toss up between Ballo and Kutusov. Both were a thorn in UFA's side in the UFA v LRAG/PAG war and both have lasted, albeit on different paths. I've the pleasure of playing alongside Ballo and Kutusov always conducts himself well on here.

5) From the Flames -

Has to be Redfella. KGM original back doing what he does best - destroying his rivals :icon_biggrin:

6) The Ballon D'Flaw -

TR. I hear they were once a good tribe but no-one saw it when it mattered. A catastrophic implosion.

7) Gone But Not Forgotten
-

Fearoftheduck. We were neighbours from the start and tribemates throughout until real life caught up with him. Top player and top man.

8) Best Op -

There's been a lot of favourite single ops but true to the Border Squad remit, it was the destruction of K32. It started by hitting the K's top ranked (Browneh) and only ended when K32 was ours.

9) Hi Neighbour -

That guy from NUKE!. Forget the name

10) The Moment That Changed the World -

The day KGM, TR, ORC and UFA didn't band together to form the Anti-W1N alliance. To an outsider, there seemed to be an opportunity to do so.

But being part of the big, bad W1N machine, it probably wouldn't have mattered anyway :icon_neutral:

I agree was some decent players in KGM and I believe if it weren't for location and TR's lack of wanting to hit W1N then KGM could still be around. But with us not having the luxury of a backline anywhere with TR to our North West and W1N everywhere else drastic measures had to be took before the inactive bug hit.

5) From the Flames -

Has to be Redfella. KGM original back doing what he does best - destroying his rivals :icon_biggrin:

Why thank you I agree also

6) The Ballon D'Flaw -

TR. I hear they were once a good tribe but no-one saw it when it mattered. A catastrophic implosion.

Again I have to agree. This is a no brainer in my opinion.

TR was the reason this never materialised. They were petrified of W1N if you ask me and due to our neutral status with them we had no backline and had to turtle up as W1N moved closer and closer :icon_cry:

1) Favourite player (for the egos: this can't be yourself!) - Most of the northern squad deserve a mention. But i'd go with Cody for being a good laugh and showing the way to play

2) Favourite tribe (own tribe not withstanding) - First tribe was LORD and we had a good laugh. Unfortunately only three of us remain i think.

3) Player you fear the most - If Dandare and Cody turn their attention to you, best of luck

4) Player you respect the most - My co player for having the ability to organise farming without driving themselves mad. Also the reason i'm still playing.

5) From the Flames - Mac returning although not from the rim, watch him grow at an alarming rate now.

6) The Ballon D'Flaw - I'll give it to my old mate Luke Bishop, but if i had to list reasons this post would never finish:icon_twisted:

7) Gone But Not Forgotten - There's a few who i will always remember. Avatar was the one who showed me alot in the early tw days. Also remember Cres when he was an attacking machine in k16

8) Best Op - The taking of k16 by the northern lads:swordsman:

9) Hi Neighbour - i think a few T4H would do well in w1n:)

10) The Moment That Changed the World - The key moment hasn't happened yet.

7) Gone But Not Forgotten - Only one Adellion thanks to him, I know how "NOT TO" nuke, noble ,defend in fact everything he did was major fail, so i just did opposite ,Hes still around spouting same old words he learnt as whipping boy for Blue Thunder 6 years wasted being a legend in his own bedroom with a bot as a best mate

8) Best Op - Must be Diane`s sex change ,all the best Derek from the lads in the docks

9) Hi Neighbour - BrianL/Patsypat combo lots of fun and BaskB for his constant chat on skype :icon_biggrin:

What the hell, I've got 10 mins so lets fill this out.

1) Favourite player (for the egos: this can't be yourself!) - Too many to really pick just one, but as I have too I'll say BrianL, his complete lack of diplomacy skills through our 2 years on world has led us to have some really really fun times! If he had had his way (Nuke everything no matter what) am sure the pair of us would have been on the rim along long time ago

Of course since then we've also become XBox mates but his Battlefield Skills there need a little work ;)

2) Favourite tribe (own tribe not withstanding) - Of course I'm going to say T4H for obvious reasons. But for transparency I'll also chuck in W1N, KnK & TEA. W1N lets face it despite all you haters of them have to admit that they are still here leading from pretty much day 1 (Week 3 or 4 if I recall?), whether you question there methods or whatever you simply cant ignore this fact.

KnK - Also listed as my answer to Question 6. But in short had the potential to really give us a good go HAD they made different choices.

TEA - From the days of there war with KLM (later merged to become T4H), one of the best wars I've had in my time in TW and certainly on W1, these guys gave as good as they got and refused to budge, inch by inch we had to scrap for and certainly a very fun time was had on both sides I believe.

3) Player you fear the most - ThunderBerg Co-play. Not on this world anymore (not as a co-play anyway) but this team are formidable opponents when they put there minds to it. Thunder is for me the attacking expert and Berg one of the most frustrating defenders I've ever played against!

4) Player you respect the most - Pretty much all of T4H for putting up with me :icon_biggrin:

In all honesty though my Opposite number in W1N (Luke), obviously leading W1N from the start and into what they are now, but most of all for his level headiness and integrity.

As ALL on W1 past and present have known here in T4H going back to the days when I led KONG we've had great diplomatic relations with W1N simply because rather than bitch and argue with one another the pair of us have just sat on skype/mail and resolved any issues straight away. It all started back in KONG with a simple border agreement on the K53/K63 line that both tribes stuck too and any issues were sorted out calmly and quickly, its this among other things that has led to me having a great deal of respect for him.

5) From the Flames - Humm a few for this award, so I'll have a think more.

6) The Ballon D'Flaw - KnK siding with TR. Yes TR were thier bigger neighbour but as the war (if you want to call it that) proved TR simply lacked any decent ability unlike KnK. Had KnK taken it to TR by joining in with us and W1N I'd hazard a bet they would still be here and certainly be challenging for one of the top spots.

If you need more proof just check out there other world (W7 I believe) which they are romping!

It was this simple error that led to them being too small by the time we reached them to successfully hold us off resulting in the mass deletion (which was one of my highlights of W1, certainly gave me a giggle).

7) Gone But Not Forgotten - Thunderberg (reasons as above), Jackattack & Undeadsmarties my Co Dukes when we formed the KLM tribe from Kong, Looney and MOH72 and helping me set us up on the road to T4H.

8) Best Op - Too many to name really but a couple of highlights include KnK op on Paulathame I believe was the first on one of our guys to pass the 1K mark and recieve the "only first 1K attacks will be shown" message, Our current op down in the SE I believe has passed over the 1.5K mark also and a recent one in the West on an LRAG player made him delete just 2 days after we had started hitting him!

9) Hi Neighbour - Luke, Wayne (his terrets speaking gives me a laugh) Mark4744 (should never have left KONG!) & Dandare for his constant winding of Patsy up!

10) The Moment That Changed the World - For my personal game, obviously the day the merger of the 3 tribes to become KLM, world event wise would have to be W1N & Che! merge which gave them a MASSIVE lead. Another note worthy event was the collapse of TR that then allowed us to massively and quickly expand and pull this lead on W1N back.
