Can you only longin on one pc?

Hi, I've got a TW account, but i can only log on via the cpu which i created the accout on. If i try to log on at work or any other cpu, i just get a page which says: "account does not exist". Is this normal? I was under the impression that an account can be accessed from anywhere.

It should be accessable from everywhere. Be sure you're typing the username correctly. If you are, send in a Support Ticket.

Must be a problem with the network to another computer that you were trying to the access​

i can log in via vodafone from a layby on the a1 or any hotel wifi so it must be your end as i use 3 pcs are you sure you have typed username and password correct

If you're doing everything right you really should send in a Support Ticket.
