Yes 1 packet but must be recruited in the village of origin, cheap noble can't be transfered, also make sure you set up your train so you can't over noble, seen a lot of peeps do this and on packets its just 2 your costly.

Yes it will list in the academy that they originated from how many cheap nobles can be built for 1 packet.
Gotta be from same villa and gotta die attacking, over nobles don't count, aside from that every noble you lose is counted and rebuild able for one packet from the academy of the village they were sent from
