Co-Playing

Hello, im a veteran from .net in .net co-playing is allowed, and i have a person on a complimentary timezone to me. Is co-playing here against the rules, or any different rules from the .net?

Also, with .net the new worlds come out at a regular inverval, will this happen here? because i loved the idea of a .co.uk world, yet hated the archers pally church ect.. so i decided to wait for W26.
