From what I understand...
Normally, two people decide to play together before the start of a world. (Usually they have opposite time zones or close too)
They both decide on an account name and password. They choose the hours they want the account. And thats when they are "Allowed" online. (Two people can not be logged on to the same site at once, or it kicks the other off)
However, neither of you are allowed to have another account on the game world your playing....
(Sorry if thats wrong ^^)

Coplaying is allowed, just make sure you keep by the rules for knowing the password to only one account per game world. For instance, if player A plays account A on world 1 and world 2, and player B coplays account A on world 1, player B cannot have another account on world 2, even if he isn't playing account A on world 2, since player B still knows the password to 2 accounts if he does so.
