I wanted to ask a question mostly to the admins but also in anyone who may know.
What is the "cost" to open a new world? Does it have to do with money that CoMa have available from the Headquarters? Is it about time or people that need to commit to the new world? Has it anything to do with the people playing in uk servers?
I have some ideas that want to share for new worlds I just need to know this answer...
