EE and points?

Recently the mobile companies T-mobile and Orange merged to create a new company called EE. Since last weekend I have tried to purchase online products through the SMS payment features available but have been unsuccessful. Is this the same for Innogames and their points?

I know that all of my friends on these services have not been able to use their mobiles for communication, at all. I would assume that it's the same case on any SMS payment service.
