So their i was relaxing in my cave shaped home,
sat atop my unicorn, giving my golden hair a comb.
I looked over to my right to see "fluffy" the dragon
Who was supping with Gary the orc, flagon after flagon.
To my left was Chadwick the centaur, such a charming chap
He politely smiles over at me, and like a gent tips his cap
If you look over yonder, you can make out the giant sonney
he gives out the best cuddles, and his laugh is so funny.
Sat cooking near the fire is Alexander the imp,
looking after this wonderful familiy with his garlic fried shrimp
Oh we are all so happy here, living in peace and tranquillity
I love it many times over, that bureaucratic nobility

Then some dude walks through the door!
fluffy lets out a roar
I panic and begin to cry
the dude spears Chadwicks eye
I scream, i resist
the "rescuer" flails at Alexander with his damned iron fist
he throws me over his steed
I wish to stay with my friends i plead
but he rides on to his keep
all i can do is weep

We get to his home, which is nothing like mine
I cant hold back the tears, he is no "rescuer" he's a swine!
He takes me up some stairs, towards his creepy room
He says i must buff his shit, he'll be back soon
He says he is gunna go kill some more of my friends
calls it "rescuing" and giving this land a good cleanse
I fear once my magic buffs are gone
he will replace me with another one
once my task is complete, he will surely end my life
just as he did when he entered our "cave" and slaughtered all the wild life
Only 6 hours left, and my life will be done
I just hope Caterina, Richard, Joffrey and Guinevere can all run....

It was a good attempt to try and get these forums talking. What happened to the days of great PnP on the UK server. The forums used to be a great read.

It was a good attempt to try and get these forums talking. What happened to the days of great PnP on the UK server. The forums used to be a great read.

I find it a very strange phenomenon, like no disrespect to the developers, its more a player base thing, but tw as a game was better years ago imo.
Considering the social aspect for me is the largest reason to play tw it seems odd that that has died off, if anything would of suspected whilst the game got less popular/fun, the social aspect would have remained strong.

Good job i don't mind conversing with ones self i guess

Most web forums have a lifespan of around 7years before they become tumbleweed blowing in the wind, I'd guess it's a similar thing for social games

Need to include the externals in the in game quests and use bonus visits, TW miss a massive trick here, a little bit of thought and these forums could be linked to game world and give everyone a broader view of each worlds life, ensuring more players are engaged and fully immersed in the whole experience ...
