it starts on the 1st of April according to the information on the survey:
"Polls will be posted on the 15th of the month for 7 days and the results will be implemented on the first of the following month"
and going on the votes cast at 13:47 today we are headed for this bracket according to my calculations:
"If the majority is 25% or over, then the reduction will be 50/33.3% with 3 months between reductions."
