Yes thats right as off 1:23pm today we formally declare war on Tophat

I agreed with you there as long as you are are willing to learn and are active you can indeed become a decent player i was merely pointing out you will have a lot of work to do with that particular player.

as of now i formally invoke the 48hr cancellation of our nap
any further attacks on our members will result in the immediate nullification of the said 48hr period of grace

Thats face it that was the only way it was going to be, a NAP implies a working relationship and we don't have one.

R5 was our war, therefore we are entitled to recruit who we chose from them.

The new player of the Pipsdad account is alleged to have insulted our members in the Skype chat (I use the word 'allege' as I was not on at the time). A situation not entirely dissimilar to the allegations thrown at Jalfrezi; so tell me, how would Hmmm? have acted had we recruited Jalfrezi?

Bringing Avaz into things is pretty irrelevent, since I have no idea quite what you are talking about - since 'PnP' is all about politics and propaganda, it is perfectly acceptable to imply a bias to one side or another.

Speaking on behalf of Tophat, I can say that we are far from rattled, but instead we are quite optimistic and excited; it's a refreshing change to see the top two tribes declare on one another.

Why's it good - there are only 2 points, one of which is that Tophat had a lot of none aggression pacts: is that really a crime, they left Tophat alone, Tophat left them alone, which is surely pretty far from hugging. The other one was that Tophat jumped on Meow, but I was under the impression that they were taking meow villages before ALO, and anyway, don't look a gift horse in the mouth...

facts for declaring lol when you know whats happening behind the scenes then you can comment on the reasons behind this war untill then stick to facts you know

as for the pip account we thrashed the issues to death im sure silk will agree with that
the nap was dropped due to that nothing to do with war ok buddy :)

as for the R5 war being tophats war what world are you playing lets have a look at that
R5 were made up from Cloak targets (Ewar) and hmmm? targets {TOT)
so no it was not just your war and no they were not just your targets
