It seems that you're playing down this war Ruffus, it is a rare occurrence indeed when the two top tribes declare on one another. It's a shame your not more excited about it all. (Fear maybe? Would explain the nervous laughter...)

i just wasnt waiting around for him to mail me when he decided to get round to making it official

Two queries then, if that is the case;
1) Why was the issue surrounding Pipsdad not once mentioned in your declaration, as it is this issue that started the whole conflict in interests?
1) Why accuse us of dropping the NAP, when you said the following;

Again, irrelevent in this instance, as my reasons for giving up leading the Avaz began before Hmmm? cancelled the NAP, but I do concur that an impending war emphasised that neither myself or Jojomodjo had enough time or drive to lead.
Loyalty is a fickle thing, particularly to someone who has such a notorious reputation as Leo Fender - I can only imagine how he is making Allana (Pipsdad) feel welcome, he certainly put on the charm offensive when they were both on Avaz.
And I would enjoy seeing him attempt to take some villages from me, but after seeing some reports from Jalfrezi, I think the prospect of him taking some villages from me is highly unlikely - however, he is more than welcome to try, okay poppet?

Alas, it is evidently a pretty major catalyst in the breakdown of the two tribes relationship, and yet you convey to the world that the entire reason Hmmm? declared is due to us 'hugging' and 'jumping on the bandwagon'.
Fair enough, if that is what you say. I guess we shall just have to wait for Bradeo or Tophat's diplomat's to shed further light on this particular point.

Leo will have to move closer to Kilroy first before he would be able to take any I'm afraid. Although as Kilroy has already said, he's more than welcome to have a pop at him.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Jojo has already hit the delete button. Perhaps it would also be better to see some conquers first before saying that Hmmm? were always going to whip our bottom, as it sounds as if the war is over before it has begun.

EWaR was in the works for weeks. I do not believe it is the beginning of anything. Things were not bad when I left, they were all actually excited.

The moment I left EWaR I had plans to rebuild it. As time progressed the restarting of EWaR looked much better.. The remaining council members of EWaR agreed on a date/time and that date was today at 24:00
Tophat isn't a bad tribe and I respect both the members and the leaders.
I am not running from Hmmm? and in all honesty I wouldn't mind fighting them (I was actually looking forward to a good fight on this world) But it will be interesting to see what Hmmm? does with a tribe that was once its biggest rival for rank 1
