Important - Script changes

Dear players,

We have been instructed by InnoGames to begin the process of moving ALL scripts approved for use to our own servers. Once this is done, no script that is hosted externally will be allowed - players will only be able to use scripts that are hosted on our end. Note this is a game wide change which means it will impact all versions of the game, not just the UK market. We wanted to take this chance to explain to you in as much detail as possible what will be happening in an order to be open and as transparent as we can be.

Please find a summary of the changes here :

• Moving forward, Only Scripts that are hosted on our servers will be legal to use
• We will not be approving new scripts during this transition
• We will be disapproving non working and duplicate scripts

For a fuller explanation, Please be sure to read all of the following points - it is critical to all players that use scripts in the game

• Over the coming weeks we will begin the process of moving scripts to the correct place. During this time we will not be approving any new scripts in order to make the transition as smooth as we can.
• Once the switch over is complete, it will only be legal to use scripts on Tribal Wars UK that are approved for use and hosted on Tribal Wars UK media server. You will easily be able to see if they are hosted by us or not - the script link will begin with

• If you want to use a script, it must be publicly approved - Private scripts will remain forbidden on the UK server
• We will be using this opportunity to weed out the non working scripts and will selectively remove any duplicated (or almost identical) scripts.
• Once the migration is complete, we will publish a forum page showing all current approved scripts - this will make it FAR easier to locate scripts that are approved for use.
• We intend to actively poll the community to help us choose the best scripts to keep where there are multiple scripts performing the same thing as a part of this process.

These are some very positive changes for the player base overall, with legal scripts being more obvious, immune from modification and a lot easier to find. Non working scripts will be removed and you will no longer wonder if your opponent is using an unknown, mysterious script. Where a new script comes along that replaces an older one with better functionality, we will replace the older script.
