K73 and Borders- Octane

Hello guys. Yes, I've restarted after being in n00bs and Enzyme and I'm creating a tribe, called Octane.

Octane is based in K73, with plans to expand into bordering continents and beyond. We aren't going to mass recruit, ever.

Octane will have little diplomacy as we believe it halts expansion and will have a friendly atmosphere inside.
