"We shall not see them lit again in our lifetime"

so said Sir Edward Grey in 1914 as WW1 broke out. Tonight from 10pm to 11pm we are are being asked to turn off all our lights bar one single candle to reflect upon the horror of WW1 and for me also the hope of what they died for.

Am sure some of us have attacks already in the air but maybe for just one hour we should not log on to TW and turn down those lights and reflect upon what happened 100 years ago.

No farming, no attacks just a bit of a think.

I will be at a remembrance service honouring all who died on both sides.

Lest we forget.
