Inter-tribe ennoblements is when tribe X nobles tribe Y, so between tribes. I talk to you, is an interpersonal conversation.
Intra-tribe ennoblements is when conquers are made within the tribe. I talk to myself, is an intra-personal conversation.

I like this guide a lot, through reading it I have been able to notice that I do/am the following :

I will keep a close eye on this and see what else pops along and see if it would improve mine and my tribe's gameplay to make a change.

A good guide, missed a few things out, but they dont matter too much.

2.Neat and short but to the point.

A good tribe needs a good leader, the leader must be active, a good player (so people will listen) and that leader needs to lead and plan ops and be prepared to put time into that tribe.
