Create a tribe? I'm quite new to the game and I'm currently getting to grips with it, but i noticed that the people close to me haven't logged on so I cannot set up alliances either. Any ideas?

at the top on the game screen where it says tribe, click it then decide what name you would like and its abbreviation, then click estalish tribe

if you are new i would think about joining a tribe first and see what is involved with the running of it

i agree with reckless best to join a tribe and get tips from the leaders of that tribe if they are slightly expereinced
