How can make a nobleman in a village?
The Academy has three levels and each level is a nobleman or

You can make one nobleman for every academy level you have.

If you have one village with a level 3 academy you can produce 3 noblemen.

For the first nobleman you need 1 packet, and for every noble after that you need to store an extra packet, so noble number 2 costs 2 packets, nobleman 3 costs 3 packets.

If your nobleman dies and stuff then the world is over.

You can have a train, but it will take a several villages to get one. You can build unlimited noblemen in one village, so long as you have enough academy levels in other villages to support them.
