Ok in a bid to get the Tavern moving a little bit and not just a place to put the threads heading off topic and also in response to this excellent post I thought might be fun to post here examples of excellent PnP from this server or .net or any TW server for that matter.

Now to start you off have a look at this thread and the first 3 posts from Discord.

So post up an example of great PnP and tell us why, if it worked or if it didn't why not and lets see if we can't raise the standards a bit for the PnP on this server.

You can post your own work or just a favourite that you have but lets see what we can find.

In terms of effectiveness at achieving an objective, I think it's actually very hard to tell how good a PnP thread is. If the objective is to generate ridicule of another tribe this is pretty easy to achieve, but such an objective is probably counter-productive. Making your enemy look weak is rarely in one's own interests, as there is much more capital to be gained in defeating a strong enemy. The best PnPs probably have a much more specific objective (maybe causing a particular player to do something) which isn't obvious. This means it is very hard to know what they were trying to achieve and, therefore, whether they worked. On the other hand, the PnPs I enjoy most are not necesserily those that have any significant in-game effects, but are just intended to amuse.

A friend of mine in SPQR (w3) put this up: http://forum.tribalwars.co.uk/showpost.php?p=199814&postcount=82.
If you can remember the events (or know the players) you will probably appreciate it. One of the best bits of political satire I think there's been here. Not strictly speaking propaganda though as it didn't really have a particular purpose other than to entertain and ridicule an already beaten foe.

Here's my favourite of the ones I've done: http://forum.tribalwars.co.uk/showthread.php?t=12705.
I did this one just to get a bit of attention for my tribe. We had just 3 members and wanted to recruit some good players, so this was an attempt to make friends more than anything. STA were just a neighbouring tribe who could be used to manufacture a ridiculous declaration of war against.

I a poem for this world in response to KriegsElend's which was taken down. I kept a copy in case anyone wants to see it.
