Dont do long recruitment message nor long speeches why you should join since you probably shouldn't, but looking for players near the Sourthern Rim (K64/65), must be active, have basic knowledge of the game and willing the learn, want to play the game for what it is an attack real players and be willing to put themselves at risk of retaliate attacks!
