Yep, this is premature. That's kind of the point, I want to see how well people can predict these things, I also want to learn more about the various tribes on this world.

What tribe, or tribes do you feel are most promising, and why?

The # of options in the poll is the maximum allowed, that's why I only listed as many as I did, not because I felt tribes below that rank had no chance or anything like that.

WAW looks very promising for me. Some tribes could be up there to, but i see players in k54 from ODA and in K45...
We'll get a better look in a few weeks once people decide what tribe they actually want/should be in.

Anyone below there farms so little that they're for all intents and purposes just logging in a few times a day to queue things and putting virtually no effort into their account.

All combined on their best days they farmed a total of 739,410.

I'm not calling you bad, I'm not inferring that every person in the tribes are bad, but 43 members, with 12 appearing to be anything more than dead weight is not a great ratio.

Even the bottom half of those 12 don't farm all that much.

I'm not sure why he wouldn't be.

He won uk26 with them, it makes sense he'd be confident they could do it again.

I don't know how their current lineup compares to their lineup from uk26, but at least here a lot of the accounts just don't seem very active.

As a general rule though - I'm also biased. I hate family tribes.

Family tribes don't try to outskill their opponents, they try to outnumber them. Winning via numbers teaches you that skill doesn't matter and leads to complacency, it is essentially skill death.

If you don't need to improve to win, you will stop trying to improve. It's when you lose that you will come back next time and try harder.

we have about 10 players from previous afa tribe and some new players too most of them are players who play from beginning and stay to the end of game of course in 26w from begining afa was quite strong and had a bit more players than 32w atm just 1 thing i did not like in in 26w afa players and our shhh tribe ( enemies ) nobled so many barbs than you can imagine i had no space to farm time will show which tribe is the best ,I play almost in every world so i see good players who stay to end of game and ussually notice players who just play for short time and never achieve anything .... just earn pp

This afa looks quite trival compared to the w26 one, which was dominating from the start of the world. Did have 3 tribes though, but its not like shh! werent the exact same.
Pulgo is definitely a good player, so we'll see what he can accomplish.

Well, I know nothing about uk26, no clue who did or didn't play it, I was just saying he probably was being serious. Most people think their tribe is the one that will win, or else they'd not be in that tribe.

Most people are in a tribe to be with players they know (friends). obviously not everyone but i would say most for people like me anyway.

At this stage of a world being 200 points wouldn't much matter, you can get rimmed right now, restart, an be rank 1 within a month or two.

My point is though that lots of people with mathematically very slim chances of success still think their chances are much better than they really are. It's a well researched phenomenon. People are bad at rating themselves.

Thats doesnt seem like you entire point at all, no one thinks about losing but plenty of people wont jump tribes just to increase their chances of winning.

Your new point is correct "People are bad at rating themselves" i also seen a study about this and not everyone can be above the average but nearly everyone think they are.

They're missing a large amount of the top players in the tribe apart from TT lol

Yeah sadly there's no stand out tribe in the west, as much as I'd like it to be AFA atm it isn't, the coming weeks will be telling

chown and RASTA are miles above the rest, with chown ever increasing their lead. Soon sitting comfortably in 3rd, i see the top 3 staying this way for some time with the only change being Soon catching up eventually
