Premium Points on World 3

Is there any specific reason I cannot buy premium points? I have tried many times and I always got the same message:

Just wondering: is it problem with my card or with your server/connection?

try again, i think its something up with ur connection, cause i can buy points from slovenia.

if u have not entered any card details then it is not ur card that is at fault

Its most likely server/connection problems.

If it doesn't work time after time each time you try it, a support ticket would help as well.
