well if there is a speed world with 2, 20 or 200 players ill still pay to play them :) i love speed worlds way more thant the slo rounds :p

The reason it costs Premium Points to play Speed is because they have to maintain a server for people to carry on playing. Servers are very expensive, and when you have only 200-300 people playing each time, if they weren't paying, they wouldn't manage to maintain that server, and speed rounds would stop.

Also, if they were to get people to stop playing, they would have to use lower speeds all the time, as higher speeds take up more server resources.

The fact that the first 100 to join, get in for free anyways. ( on .net ) So he could play for free.

That is how I join them, no point in paying premium if you cannot win it back.

If you don't pay, they wont be able to afford the prizes. And there is the odd round were prizes are available.

on .net it is 15K i personally though it was too easy i got that every time i played... and i just ignored it :/
