And i do have a question...

Why recruit the Swarm players before the war, isn't it meant to be post-war recruitment? So the players prove themselves worthy of a place in your tribe?

well i think in a family tribe is diffrent , as i have been in a family tribe before, the idea is divide and conquer , simple really .

about the players ability ? its not much important in a family , bcz eventually few good players will teach the others .

this is the easiest way to win a war , and the fastest way 2 , with that much recruitment , i allready think that swarm stoped functioning, and its no longer a war, but a training for TR members to coordinate .

I respect your views, but disagree with one facet...

I know players are learning all the time in TW (The best of the best included), but it's kinda hard to fill a cup which is already full imo... At this stage of the game most players know, Or at least think, they know whats what... And imo it's nigh impossible to emtpy that cup again so the player can be re-educated...

Erm... You posted stats with time frame - Forever... Seems as though this war started yesterday, the stats you posted are not accurate.

+ You left off KnK who are also hitting Swarm...

whoever thinks that there is no room for improvment in their gaming should stop playing, as the world would be a very boring place .

i have been playing TW for 2 and a half years, and i still do believe that there is room for more improvement in my gaming style, and also the general concept of TW. this is not a black and white game.

I didn't mean it like that, of course everyone still has room for improvement. I just meant that it's hard to change a players perspective on certain aspects of the game once they think they know whats what...

At last!!

I for one am looking forward to seeing this one and have been for ages. Its time we saw the TR fam in a war to see how their offensive credentials hold up. Much has been said on the forums about TR's cohesiveness as a unit so it'll be interesting to see this in action - and whether it can be co ordinated across the 3 tribes. Finally, with no real action since early W1 days against Manic, its a good test for the TR leadership to see who belongs in the familly and can be counted on.....and who needs to be cut.

Now i see TR winning this (SWARM etc arent top10 opposition) but i dont think its gonna be a pushover by any means. An inter-K war is a different animal to what a lot of players in TR will be used to and tactics may have to be adjusted. Also some of SWARM definately have staying power and should put up a good fight if the defections dont cripple 'em. TR seem to have got the upper hand at the moment but most of those take-downs look to be Olo7's villages - right in the heart of 'TR land' and easier pickings. I'm guessing a better picture in 2 to 3 weeks....

good luck to both sides in this. I have a few compadres and people i respect in TR so most of my wishes are with them - but i'm still rooting for SWARM to provide a good test for them TR lads and lasses :icon_wink:

I dunno Marvin, we're considering surrendering after this mail;

Omega.Knight today at 15:18
This is last chance to admit defeat and call a ceasefire; You have till 12 midnight. If we don't hear from you by then, we will be forced to pursue this war to its bitter end.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

D: things look grim for the TR family

It is a pitty that so many former SWARM players jumped ship........especially as majority of those council members who jumped, wanted this war. Also a bad decision from KnK to side with TR.... i guess they dont want their own identity, and will also 'jump ship' to join TR when they come knocking.
