As much as we try to encourage FaF to come and tell us there strategy, they seem to want to keep it all secret, I guess we will have to wait until they have won the world for them to explain how the long game plan of giving everything away and replacing it with barbs worked out for them.
So...
Ill add a little review, and I might be a little biased this time, I've tried not to be in the past, but seeing as FaF don't wish to comment anyway, I guess it wont hurt.

As you can see, not only are FaF family getting hammered week after week by the southern alliance, but more interestingly now, it seems they might be running out of easy targets and barbs to much, as, for a change, they haven't nobled more than us in total..
War stats since the beginning are hard to monitor now, ADDICT disbanded, lots of the northern players rimmed etc, so lets just make something up..

Overall war stats
This is the in game war stats system, so involves all wars declared in game from the start of the world..
I'm a little concerned about these stats, I know how much hugging LoL and SWTEA have done so far to get to where they are..
Well, lets take a look anyway, I'm sure I can fabricate an excuse for our poor stats.
Oh, it seems LoL and SWTEA are, in fact, the only tribes with positive stats... So how have FaF managed to get to rank 1 and hold it for so long?
Barb munching.. thats how, it would seem.
Bare in mind these stats include internals, I'll happily omit those if anyone can tell me an automated way, rather than counting them all.
FaF 127 barbs 958 gains 13% barbs taken
LOL 37 barbs 875 gains 4% barbs taken
SWTEA 59 barbs 582 gains 10.1% barbs taken (not quite as nice as 1.5%, but still better than FaF lol)
FAD 33 barbs 119 gains 28% barbs taken
Ok, so you could argue that it has worked so far... but long term? I cant recall many guides written explaining how to win the world by nobling everything grey, but I'm no expert.

Its pretty obvious, those involved in wars will have some sort of OD stats, and those at the top are, certainly those involved in WW12.
Now, considering both LoL and FaF are slightly larger in size compared to the others, you would expect there stats to be slightly higher for ODA, pretty matched is fair to say, so they are using troops, no doubt about it.
When it comes to ODD, it seems clear to me that FaF may have been a little over confident in taking on both LoL and SWTEA from the start of this war (who could blame them though, their alliance was far bigger than ours, on paper they looked like the favorites surely?)
both LoL and SWTEA have a similar number for ODD, FAF being much higher.
now, you could argue that they are having to attack both our tribes, but lets not forger, ADDICT, DOGS, FAD, etc etc..
but how do these stats compare to the war stats?
The north are losing villages to the south every day, so its either all the other tribes hitting LoL and SWTEA, LoL and SWTEA hitting each other just for lolz and ODA bragging rights, or FaF are failing to follow up with tactics and skill as well and just hitting "attack"..
who knows?
FaF do have a couple of isolated players that are constantly active, always "having a go" and playing in the right spirit, with the right attitude, although some very quiet and not reply to spam mail
I can only imagine some of them at this point are starting to fell a little disappointed in their tribe mates, the leadership perhaps? or just lack of drive in the majority, commitment, loyalty perhaps?
We all know where LoL originate from, we know where SWARM and TEA come from, there is solid history between them all.
I "think" FaF consists of top players from w3, and world 8?, maybe there are ego clashes? this is all stipulation by me, I don't have the facts, far from impressive to date on w12 thats for sure. (with the exception of 1 or 2 who are at least trying)
I was going to continue with the top players in each tribe, the leadership in each tribe, and various other stats, but to be honest, I'm getting bored now, its the same old pattern.
As always, would be nice to hear from the opposition, I'm sure they have a different view on things.
