Is this to replace the Top Tribes thread I hear you ask? No it just a little amuse-bouche to keep us all going whilst I summon up the energies to look at all the tribes (too many families too many huggles for my liking at the moment)

But then I saw the Noble post today with the now infamous Unorthodox who, aptly named you have to say, has got the first noble on UK54 with a powder puff troop build of 600 spears, 60 swords, 8 axes and the all important solitary ram (am guessing he could threaten barbs with the ram? Idk I try not to think what he was thinking...

So as we all wait with bated breath to see what he nobles I thought why not cast those TFF cameras and have a quick look at the top 25 players and see who is walking the walk and doing the talk and who is merely walking draped in rabbits feet with incense swirling and their finger on their tribe's support button speed dial.

But then if you have a deeper look in imitation of Aslan who of course just went with the deeper magic ( I was confused when Father Christmas rocked up in Narnia but I digress but very happy to chat about this as it worries me) and look at who is just here for the points and relying on A; points scaring away folk, B huggling or C on their tribe supporting them in case anyone should dare attack someone with so many points....

I mean who would not recruit troops on a non PP world (audience gasps in shock and some shuffle away to check their troop counts!)

So let us have a look in Aslan style and see just who might be the real deal and who is just dealing in smoke and mirrors....discuss!

To be fair to the much maligned Unorthodox... judging by his ODA, he did have a nice little nukette... which went on it's travels (possibly to the shop to get some cigs...) but never returned (or was that my Dad...)...

I also fear that Aslan would be disappointed, that you've missed players outside the top 25, that would be near the top of the looted and combined... Plus, why rank by looted and not combined? Surely it makes no difference whether the res was farmed or gathered, both require troops... though daily gathering stats can be manipulated....

Klanix... 297,000 combined, rank 31 as I type...

Losing what troops he had and having low pits is 100% going to hurt him, the problem with rushing to noble without sufficient income.... you fall behind!

I agree, it wasn't the best village build on this here world... but not as bad as some have made out...

I just did the top 25 as this was easier for me. I was not looking to cherry pick players with some fantastic numbers out of the top 25 as that would have meant having to have criteria about who I put in and who to leave out. Top 25 points good time girls etc etc. Nor did I delve, as Aslan clearly would have done, into the individuals. As in any story you need to hear both sides to get the true picture and I am sure Unorthodox has his side of why he rushed nobles and lost his nukette and still went ahead with a noble.....

I did say discuss and I think there are players in the top 25 who deserve their spot and others who are using their tribe to cover up their imperfections!

\so discuss? Is Unorthodox the victim of unfair mud slinging? Are all of the top 25 worthy of their spot? If huggling was laid to rest would we see some truly epic wars in this mini tribe world? would it make folks want to sit at the feet of those that there and to paraphrase a little bit of Shakespeare "shall think themselves accursed they were not here"

Probably not lol but I think maybe is time for a Top Tribe thread to see if UK54 is going to be a huggle fest/merge bore world or something a little more entertaining!

Only rimmed on 1 out of 2 worlds so far... Afraid this noob just really isn't that great. Only has 1 world win with a top 5 finish on the record.
