If i own 2 villages i can i trade resources between them using the market? I've just done this but i'm not sure if it is allowed. If it is not allowed then why doesn't the system filter it out to prevent you from doing it

You can move resources between your own villages and those of others as much as you want.
It is only transfer of resource between sat accounts that is illegal

The programming in this game is quite vast and the 'system' has alot of maths to do in the background.
The template in it's self has been designed as basic as possible to complicate that further would be costly I am sure if more people had premium accounts TW programmers would be more willing to change things.
