Troop Simulator

Hi everybody (said like Dr Nick from the simpsons !!)

I have been looking around for a troop simulator.
When I have played on the .Net and .EU servers I have been able to find them but it seems to be out of my sight here.

can someone point me in the right direction (and not to a busy road to play on please !!)
