The head of my tribe has sent me 15 spearmen to help me farm.

How come I can't use them?
He sent me some scouts too and I can't use those.

You can't control other players' troops, they can only defend your village. You can send them home whenever you want though.

I suggest finding a new tribe if your leader didn't know that.

Well im second in comand, ie he's making me do most of the work as in changing the profile.
I'm new to this but I'm already 3rd in my tribe of 30 odd. I don't really want to start my own tribe.

Well, if I made you second in command I once again suggest you leave. I don't think you should make your own tribe either.
