UK 3 Settings Question

Alright, so this may sound "noobish" (if you have to say it...it is...lol) , but I need a question answered. Does a level 3 Academy in this world cap you at a total of 3 nobles built from that particular village or does level 3 give the player unlimited noble builds as in other worlds?

With a level 3 academy and only 1 village, you may only have 3 nobles. When you get your second village, depending on if it has an academy or not, you will be able to build a train in the villages with academy level 3.

I think that rebuilding lost noblemen is not as expensive as the guide indicates:

The only time that you can rebuild a lost nobleman at a cheap price is when he dies while attacking a village. If this happens you may retrain the nobleman in the original village at the price of a single packet. You may not retrain the nobleman in another village, only the one that it was originally trained in.
