I'm just curious really; is there any form of W15 Skype chat going or some such jiggery pokery?

Last time I was in a world chat was UK12 and that went horribly. SPAM for about a day then everyone left.

The only real one that I've seen work is a .net sever one. (W15 Funnily enough) So it could work. As long as you made it clear that spam wasn't to be tolerated. :\
