I joined W13 for Flags for W14. Needless to say my village is terrible. I log in when i get attacked, to my surprise today it was players who had multiple villages (shock horror). Anyway after calling me stupid he raised a point.

In summary.
What is your preference high mines like Joshieattoomanykebabs or do you prefer having a high farm warehouse barracks etc already set up for you?

It depends a lot on size of player.

As alot of us on w13 are 100's of thousand points res isnt a problem at all.

so for a smaller villages id want a high hq as to which i can fund the vills building at it get to a fighting capable village as soon as possible.
If the village was of a larger variety id prefer high barracks/stable as farm can be upgraded and ownt be a issue for a matter of days.

If i were smaller i wudnt be fusy over hq and prefer high barracks/stable to get the troop rolling out.

res pits shud always be maxed in a vill, but assuming alternative res via farming or merchants from other vills is available then they are one of the lowest priorities.

I'd prefer high mines. Having low mines takes longer to upgrade than a low farm, 3 buildings instead of 1!

at the start i would say mines as troops take a while to produce but then after bp ends i would say barracks.
Then when you have a second village go for barracks as you should be able to send resources from you main village to your secondary village.
