The attack will start of when my air-force will bombard hangers and runways of the Lao air-force. Attempting to destroy the enemies air-force before they can attempt to launch any counter attack.
The main thrust will then be launched the squad will break into three equal divisions. Alpha, Beta, and Delta.
Alpha: This will attack through the east of Laos, it will Blitz enemy fortifications with air-support and artillery. Beta, Delta will take the centre and right hand side of Laos. All meeting at the capital to drive through and capture the government and force their surrender. Civilians will not be fired upon any soldier caught do anything against the Geneva convention will be prosecuted.
Begin modernizing the military of Cambodia - 500 million dollars
Forces will take defensive positions around the city of Lome. Anti tank squads armed with RPG-32's and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HJ-8 (formed in defensive positions). Tanks will also hide in defensive positions engaging Zards formations when in effective range.
Mirage fighters will engage any enemy aircraft in the area and protect the air-force of Togo. Then they will form with the rest of the air-force (and the Togo air-force if they want to join in) and started ground attack operations on approaching forces, trying to get as much chaos in the ranks . Artillery will also fire upon the incoming enemy troops when in range. China and Japan will also be asked for support in adding to the peacekeeping task force.

The good reason (and true): because Benin is wealthy, and Togo deserves to share in that wealth. I will not be killing anyone innocent (intentionally), and I hope to minimize general casualties. I just want them to do better.
