CTW - Desert Dragon

I have acted to box Silver in on multiple occasions. I even invaded him last CTW to help that goal.

How many times have you needed someone else's help to box an opponent in though? I have no issue with rivallry. But when it's 2 vs 1 all the time it gets on my wick!

I also know for a fact that you planned assassinations with other players in a CtW. That's more than 1 v 1. Once more, I call you a hypocrite.

It isn't even 2 v 1 in this case either. I made no move to take Nigeria. Since only you and Boxxy made any mention of them in your turns, it is still 1 v 1.

How do you know this for a fact? Because I say I don't think I've EVER planned an assassination. PM me whoever you think I planned assassinations on!

I've seen the skype chat. I know for a fact that you planned an OP along with a fellow player. Although you never got the chance to use it, you still planned it. I'd PM you, but until I know otherwise, my source will remain anonymous.

You might not have planned any assassinations I can remember however I have several word documents and plans made against Sully.

Well unless you can offer proof I don't believe your ramblings. If it's got something to do with Onion and Dan, then that situation can't be compared to this one.

Yea well I agree to that since Sully invaded me... But that is against the point. I did that alone.

I received as good as I gave, never have I roped in another player to try and aid me. That is the point I am getting at.

These plans were being made before the war happened between you and Sully. I still have the documents on my laptop I think, however i'm not plotting a massive terrorist plot against you. I'm just advising Nigeria to stay independent.

Unless you want to replace the Nigerian market for my Novi's?

If you would advise Nigeria to merge with me then I would happily buy some of your Novi's.

Also those plans were made in anticipation for the war. He'd started a smear campaign against me and tons of countries were joining him I was the last one on the line. I had to have some sort of backup, but I never actually started those plans against him.

Well, it does actually have something to do with both of them. Please, enlighten me on how that can't be compared. You seem to be under the impression that I asked Boxxy to add that to his turn, however, I did not. Since I did not go out and try to team up against you, your argument is invalid.

The Plan to hurt Pakaoh from the inside.
The ****rera-Caruana Mafia clan is currently a crime syndicate located in Venezuela and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My aim is to basically make them cause havoc inside the borders of Pakaoh’s empire. In return I will fund them and supply them with weapons, secretly of course. From an offshore bank account that can only be linked to Malaysia. All equipment supplied will be Russian made, bought off of the black market so they too cannot be traced.
I would like to get in contact with the Mafia clan secretly. Ask them for this deal. In return they have to leave Rio De Janeiro and instead occupy: [Nicaragua] – [5,891,199][Costa Rica] – [4,253,897][Honduras] – [7,810,848][Panama] – [3,322,576][Columbia] – [45,586,233][Belize] – [333,200][Guatemala] – [13,276,517][El Salvador] – [6,134,000]. I will provide them with locations of safehouses, where to collect the money and equipment as well as accomplices to help them.
If they do accept to leave Rio De Janeiro, then contact Brazil and tell them that we have managed to get the Mafia to leave your country and that we hope in future, when we need it most Brazil will remember this act of Friendship.
If they do not accept, then offer them more money and equipment and the chance to make themselves the most famous Mafia in the world.
They might not need any help in their conquest, as surely they will hire once they are already in these countries. But I would also like to contact:
National Liberation Army (ELN)—Colombia (3000-6000 armed people),
Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) (9000-12000 armed people),
United Self-Defense Forces/Group of Colombia (AUC-Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia) (8000 paramilitaries),

Ask them to battle against their oppressors in both Colombia and the countries also held by the oppressive regime of Pakaoh. In return we will supply them with weapons and equipment in the same way that we are doing with the Mafia. We Can also offer them basic training secretly, that will take place in the forest to the very south of Colombia near Leticia, but still in Colombia. The people training will have no ties to the UP. They should wear no identification or clothing that would suggest they are attached to us, and no identifiable weapons etc.

If you find all this satisfactory, then the total sum to go towards it should be a hefty: 1.5 bn.

Oh my!

Domestic Affairs/Economy - $5 Billion

- Continue projects in Mali and Sierra Leone. - $250 Million (ETA:0)

- Continue to modernize ports in Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, and Mauritania. Also begin to modernize ports in Liberia. Money should be added to have the Liberian ports catch up to other ports. - $1.5 Billion (ETA:1)

- Transfer projects into Liberia and Niger. - $1 Billion

- Build 3 Vertical Farms in Niger. - $900 Million

- WAMC will move into Niger and begin mining their Uranium. Once more, buy out the other companies where possible and force them out of business otherwise. - $350 Million

- Add the maritime fleet of Liberia (2nd Largest in the World, 3,500 Vessels) to the maritime fleet of the Confederation of West Africa. This should make the West African fleet of maritime vessels to be massive. This should raise the trade of West African goods and boost our economy. - $100 Million

- Create the West African Oil Corporation (WAOC). Many of the nations comprising the Confederation of West Africa report oil along their coasts or within their territory. The WAOC should find these oil reserves and begin extracting the oil if the source is commercially viable. - $900 Million

Foreign Relations - $250 Million + $1.8 Billion from Oman

- Ask Morocco if they would be interested in joining the Confederation of West Africa. Our economies have been more intertwined now that the NAATF exists. With the entrance of both Niger and Liberia into the Confederation of West Africa, we are now one of the largest economies in Africa. If Morocco were to join into our union, we would become an unstoppable force within Africa and eventually the world. Nations within the Confederation of West Africa retain their unique cultures so the rich culture of Morocco need not worry of diffusion as they will retain their ancient traditions.

- Ask Algeria and Tunisia to join NAATF. Morocco and West Africa recently created NAATF and it has benefited both nations economies greatly. Both Tunisia and Algeria would benefit greatly by joining the economic union.

- Begin construction of 6 Vertical Farms of Oman. Use $1.8 Billion of Oman's payment to cover construction costs. These should be finished in 1 more year. - $1.8 Billion

- Continue to advertise Vertical Farms in the Middle East. Ask the US and China if they'd be interested in buying a few Vertical Farms for their cities to lower food prices. Asking price is $325 Million each farm. - $150 Million

Research

Military - $2,945.78 Million

1 Battalions BrahMos (4 Launchers, 60 Missiles, and Support Vehicles) - $200 Million (Cost from Here)
180 Challenger 2 - $1,425.78 Million

- $20 Million to continue training the West African Military and the West African Special Forces.

Domestic Affairs/Economy: $4.9 billion

1)Train ETA 0 years, Namibia fund part - $1 billion (Extend the project into Mozambique)
2)Internet ETA 0 years - $1 billion (extend into Mozambique)
3)Agriculture: Mozambique has poor infrastructure and lots of the population work on small scale farms. Subsidize the farming companies and ask them to merge into "Zimbabwean Farming inc." Use some of the experience we've learned from our farms and put it into these farms. - $500m
4)Start helping the companies get started in Zimbabwe, offer them assistance and ask them to train people of the Zimbabwean Empire in how to work the machinery to make the cars. - $100m (a small incentive to teach them)
5)Start making use of our Hydro-electric farms and use some of the technology to bring it into Mozambique's main river. Use the same experienced workers for the job and offer to train some of the locals in making it. Make a Dam and a Reservoir like in the last project of this. -$500m
6)Re-improve the national curriculum for Zimbabwean Empire. Buy new textbooks, equipment, and build more schools in local villages were there are none. Try and get some kind of urban influence in the rural areas. -$1 billion
7)Modernise the rural areas, make new houses/shelter using materials from Zimbabwe's Empire. - $500m.
8)Purchase a Vertical Farm from Marsak. I want it to be instead of one of my current farms and we will test how it goes and if we get better crop yielf from it as many years have gone into the research. - $300m
