Can I rent a speed round for money?

I was wondering if this would be a possibility.

Me and my friends get outplayed by the big dogs when playing speed, and we'd love to have a couple hours just for ourselves.

Is that a possibility, and if yes, how much does it cost? If no, why not?

While you can suggest a round for free and when you ask well in advance you can even choose a time for it, it isn't possible to rent private rounds on this server.

It has been possible on other servers in the past, however, I am not up to date on that being possible there anymore either.
We do not have a "business model" for it at the moment as far as I'm aware, nor am I aware of plans to implement this on this server.
