She's head of the UK Tw - Meaning she supervises the external forum moderators aswell as the ingame staff. And probs head of the 'department' where the servers are located, administration concerning premium earnings and is in direct contact with Innogames (whom are settled in germany) and all that kind of stuff .. Not sure bout all this though
