My turn will be done some time tonight, not sure when though, since I'm round my dad's house and his internet connection is shaky at best.

Do it in note pad and paste it in... Yay another post :D

good idea... except I should've elaborated. it's not just the internet connection that's shaky. The laptop itself is horribly slow.
Hence why it took 16 minutes to reply :icon_razz:

With peace in Europe as this deal has been accepted, Poland has voted to become independent, however in the fighting in Poland pretty much everyone high up in Poland's politics have been killed. Hungary is set for a referendum on membership of Yugoslavia at the end of this year.

The EU has gone through a huge collapse this year as almost all countries voted to leave the EU. The political structure of it has been removed and replaced by NATO and a free trade agreement amongst the countries. Turkey have voted to become completely separate from the EU in every way.

USA troops are still stationed in bases in Italy and Poland, with European countries purchasing huge amounts of US military supplies. In particular Patriot missiles, M1 Abrams and F-22 raptors.

Defences in Poland and Italy are in the process of being improved hugely by NATO countries.

The leader of Ukraine was killed (The Russian guy in charge) this year whilst he was making a speech in some hall inside somewhere. A bomb went off and a man with a machine gun opened fire on the Ukraine leader, he was killed almost instantly, the lights were then cut, there was a small burst of machine gun fire into the crowd, by the time the lights were back on the assassins had got away. CCTV images show one of three assassins to be a Ukrainian citizen who has now been arrested, the other indentities of the other two are unknown.

A Ukrainian independence party is gaining favour in Ukraine.

With the socialist countries in South America ignoring the referendum deal, USA has stated that if there is any more expansion from either of these countries without a referendum from the country merging into them then they will take action against them.

USA has made no response to Chinese occupation of Taiwan.

Continue updates of railway system, with modern carriages and high-speed trains, bringing in experts from abroad (probably Japanese, they have an efficient rail network). Ensure that all 4 country capitals (As in, La Paz, Asunción, Santiago and Lima) are connected through the main line. $2.4 billion.
Extend the highway system even further in order to get Lima linked up to the other 3 country capitals through that main highway, with other sets of highways improved and built. $2 billion.
Bring in the housing scheme for Peru too, replacing the slums with sustainable housing that has access to basic facilities, giving eveybody an acceptable standard of living and more importantly, hopefully taking millions in Peru out of absolute poverty. $1.8 billion.
Improve the scale of fishing in Peru, providing modern fishing equipment for the many little fishing companies to be found there. $1 billion.
Improve medicine stuff, on recommendation of my health minister (If it works well, make sure he gets a nice bonus so he can churn out some more cool ideas :icon_razz:) Get him to sort this out, since he seems to have some good ideas about it. $1.4 billion.

Bring in free primary and secondary education, especially Chile and Peru as I suspect it isn't there yet. Buy lots of equipment and build some new schools to cater for every infant in the union. $1.6 billion.
Build lots of clinics and hospitals in Peru to provide rural areas in particular with decent access to some sort of healthcare (yes, I'm aware it's free there btw, but building near them takes down their transport costs) $1.3 billion.
