No, I don't think it's right to reveal how many players use premium. It keeps you guessing if your opponent plays with it or not.

Not necessarily. If you had paid attention to my other thread then this would make sense. The number is going down so why not keep this going.

i think they just keep it open till it is.

It's closed regardless after a LONG time, filled or not. Either because by being new you get wiped out instantly by million point players all around or to allow people settled in the world to restart if they are rimmed.
