I know it's effecting UK11 and UK12, not just UK13.
It appears to be largely jagged - sometimes it simply won't budge, other times it takes whole minutes to load a page, yet every now and again it returns to normal for a few minutes.
I'm sure it will iron itself out, just be patient.

Havent noticed owt yet some people have been unable to log on whilst ive been online lol

One thing that buggs me is the amount of bot protection
Always happens when farming you get into a rythm and it decides to pop up and demand you input code lol

agreed mate, my net is slow enough but the lag is terrible, i have been in triple figures most of the day and hit 4 figures twice.
terrible!
and also there are way to many BOT things! one in the morning and one in the evening MAX i think. but i get 4-5 when im on, and my co's probably get a couple each!
