Well if you look and think about it, its not physically possible for him to noble 145 villages in a single day as that would mean he went from 1 to 146 villages in a day, and thats not happening. Not only could you not make enough nobles/store enough coins but you couldn't clear any villages or have any reasonable escort with each noble. He would need a minimum of 580 nobles making nobling that many villages ridiculous.

Lol, yes I didn't actually think he had done it, I just thought it was a bug or something.
