Guest cleanup.

I'm aware of all the guests joining. But I'm also aware 70+% of the guests are not growing. Can please induce some sort of cleanup to rid of villages that are not being used so barbs can grow and we can make use of more than just 800 resources.

guests are new players are they not, much like any new player inactivity will delete them, wouldnt worry too much and infact rejoice that tw is still pulling in new players

The guest accounts villages get removed if they do not register permanently, this to prevent players from abusing the system to create hundreds of free barbarian villages.
