Help with logging in please...

Hi all,

Question for anyone who may be able to help...

I can log onto the game absolutely fine with the PC I orginally used to set up the account and used to begin with but now whenver I try to log onto my account from a different PC or from my iPhone it says account does not exist yet I can log on from this PC...

Strange and very annoying, any ideas?

1. It will should work on any pc
2. check the server is correct (e.g. if u origanaaly made the account on .co.uk then tried to acces it with .net or vice versa it won't work), check the ending of the url tio know the server
3. Make sure username and password are correct
4. if these don't work send in a support ticket explaining the problem.

Pretty much what's said above.

Make sure you're on .co.uk and not .ne or any other. Check if the Username and Password is correct.

If nothing of this works send in a support ticket.

This could be a problem with your browser and computer.
Try clearing your cache and make sure that javascript is on

I had this problem when i first signed up on .co.uk, logged a support ticket and Tracey fixed it almost immediately
