I have paid for a Premium account Via my mobile.... Now what???

Hi Guys, I have just bought the points via mobile credit, so i can get a premium account.
It has charged me £2.90 (Which is the cost for 5 points) But now what do i do??? It didnt ask for any details, or send me any text messages etc....
Anyone have any idea? Thanks, Clair x :icon_cry:

Do you have any credit left because I had enough credit for the price but it charges extra for the actual call I didn't get the PPs and lost all my credit :icon_sad:

Yeah i have plently of credit. Still got loads on there now... So i have no idea what has happened??? x

[ke]Your best bet Clair is to send in a support ticket (use the link in my signature).

Did you go to the 'Redeem' section in the Premium page? At the top of the 'Redeem' page it'll show you having 5 PP (if the transaction worked).[/ke]
