Inactives to Barbs

How long does it the for the game to turn inactives into barbs?

Are you sure about that, because I remember inactives at the start of the world, some of whom had been inactive for around 18 days and still had villages. I'm pretty sure they didn't have premium either...

30 days with Premium or use to be
7 days without I think

Players without premium go barb in 14 days. Players with premium go barb 14 days after their premium expires.

To answer dark mark's question, the players logged in at least once or twice in the time they were inactive which reset their 14 days.

Ah, so am I right to presume activity on the Tribal wars map is only changed with changes in points or OD, not when someone actually logs in?

Yep, it can't tell when people login, it just shows last ODA or point gain as the last time they were active. (ODA and not ODD because you can be attacked while inactive, but cannot attack while inactive.)
