Didn't the leader of sWARm go behind his tribes back and try and set up the first coalition?
But I would like to see this being admitted publicly, other wise it isn't official.

Surely if it was an alliance with every top ten tribe then Why? would be in the coalition against themselves

Yeah that's what happened!! Kluk went behind the whole tribes back and starting forming coalitions... But I think he doesn't play no more... So nothing can be made official, but speak to any tribe member and they'll agree
