Today is remembrance day in the UK. Its a day when fallen comrades, and lost family members are remembered.

In my case, I remember the Sir Gallahad, where I lost many friends and comrades.

In Flanders Fields - RIP.

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

by John McCrae, May 1915

RIP to all those soldiers who have fought for us and died bravely. May the soldiers who are still fighting return safely home to there families & friends who love them dearly. R.I.P. & thank you. (Y)

We must not forget :(

Those people who gave their lives to save others, and died doing what they believed in. If only all of them could become martyrs.

Tommorow is Rememberance Sunday in the UK. RIP everyone, and I'll be watching the ceremony with a poppy on my shirt, and a wreath in my hand.

Rememberance Sunday

They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.”

We will remember them.
