Merging Tribes

This may be a simple question, or it could be lengthy, I don't know as searching hasn't turned anything up.

If another tribe wants to merge with my tribe, is there a way to do it through tribal diplomacy and swallow the tribe, or must we send each member an invite and then they either all resign, or dismiss the tribe and join individually ?

Obviously we want to be clear that we want them all, but it's the question of how we do it that I'm not clear on.

The only way to do it is to send every member of the tribe invites.

Disbanding the other tribe is optional but the last player cant leave without disbanding.

Tribe a invites all members of tribe B, tribe B disbands and members from B accept their invite to tribe a.
